Our global exhibition and events industry continues to be shaped by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and its COVID-19 disease. However, in South Korea we’re ready to reopen. The health and safety of our exhibitors, visitors, staff and partners is our top priority and trade exhibitions remain the same well-ordered market places that they were pre-pandemic, where we are able to control conditions, settings and situations. In line with the 2nd edition of RX's Global Health and Safety Strategy, we’ve planned-for and tested those safeguards and precautionary measures necessary to manage the risks of COVID-19. Complying with local standards and complementing those community-based safeguarding measures already in place outside of the trade exhibition and event setting, we continue to work closely with municipal authorities and partners. We invite you to return with us to fruitful and prosperous trade exhibitions, bringing our customers together again to get business growing. We wish you a safe and rewarding show.
Stay Safe Guidelines
Information for anyone who will be present at the event. Learn about our increased hygiene measures, social distancing management and medical safeguarding.
Please make sure you register. Admission will be strictly by registration in advance only and details may be used for contact tracing if necessary.
All guests are encouraged to check you are feeling well before attending our event. Please ensure that you are in good health, with no fever or other symptoms related to COVID-19, before travelling to the venue.
Your temperature will be measured on arrival. Anyone with a temperature above 37.5°C will be asked to leave the show site immediately.
Please have your registration details available when you arrive to help move through registration quickly and to avoid delays. Scan the QR code to complete the self-diagnosis questionnaire.
Before entering the hall, you will be required to pass through a disinfectant gate which will provide you with another level of sanitisation whilst performing a final temperature check.
All attendees, except those exempt, are required to wear face coverings or masks. This should be worn at all times and in all areas of the show.
Increased spacing, through real-time monitoring of attendees, and a one-way system will be in place across the exhibition floor to help you stay safe and maintain a safe distance. Signage will be used throughout to communicate safe practices and show the direction of travel.
Hand sanitiser will be readily available throughout the venue. There will be designated bins around the venue to safely dispose of used hygiene equipment.
Avoid shaking hands and exchanging physical business cards or literature. Information and marketing collateral will be shared digitally and you will need to maintain a safe distance at all times.
Ventilation will be increased, improving fresh air circulation in line with the latest guidance. Cloakroom facilities may have limited space, so we encourage you to bring as little with you as possible.
We will maintain the highest standards of cleaning before during and after the event. This will include frequent cleaning of all regularly touched surfaces, seating in conference areas and meeting places.
There will be no food allowed in the event hall and all solid consumption is strictly prohibited.
We prepared some policy for our exhibitors to be aware of, to ensure we all create and maintain safe environments to do business
To maintain physical distancing, you will be responsible for identifying the capacity of your stand and controlling this onsite.
In order to enclose larger areas of your stand you must have a COVID-19 management plan in place to demonstrate that physical distancing can be maintained at all times. Controlled entry/exit points onto the stand must be clearly visible and manned so that capacity is managed.
Demonstrations of this nature create crowds on the stand and often overflowing into the aisle space. These are difficult to manage and therefore, due to physical distancing requirements at this time, they are not permitted.
Demonstrations of physical products to an individual customer may be permitted if the exhibitor can successfully demonstrate how they will mitigate the risks of COVID-19.
Small-enclosed meeting rooms are not practical at this time. You are permitted to use an open meeting space with a clear acrylic screen dividing each table and therefore, the participants of the meeting. This space should be sanitised between uses.
You must provide hand sanitiser and/or hand washing facilities within the stand design. All high touch points should be cleaned regularly with appropriate cleaning materials during build, show open and breakdown.
Food and drink cannot be offered as a giveaway to passers-by or used as an attraction on the stand. Solid food consumption is strictly prohibited inside the hall.
To reduce touchpoints please avoid any promotional material (e.g. product brochure, giveaways and business cards etc) that will be handled by more than one person. Secretariat recommends to use the Lead Retrieval System($200) for safe sharing at our events.
